Cat Heaven by Cynthia Rylant

Just had to post this today as my niece's beloved cat "Winnie" passed away while they were on vacation.  How sad for her.   Bri is a loving child and has now experienced one of the necessary passages of life.

    Sorry to hear about your niece's Winnie :(

    This book and Dog heaven are 2 favorites of mine to help explain animals passing on. I couldn't read it directly after Georgie passed away a few years ago, but before and a while after his passing, I found reading the book therapeutic.

    Hope you are getting to enjoy summer!!!!!
